The Chairperson for Mitra Kukar, Endri Erawan Sais confirmed the development in a story published Tuesday that Chansa signed the deal two weeks ago after agreeing personal terms with the club’s officials.
Erawan Sais said the acquisition of the Zambian international star will enhance his team performance this performance this season.
The 30- year old midfielder was signed to play for Indian Super League side last October.
But there have been no immediate reports for reasons why the Zambian international has moved to put pen to paper for the Indonesian team.
Chansa, a key member of the 2012 African Cup of Nations winning Zambian side, launched his serious football career at Zambian Premier League side Zanaco Football Club.
He has also had spells with Helsingborgs IF which is in the Swedish Top Division and Orlando Pirates a South African Premier Soccer League side.
Then the South African PSL side transferred him to Chinese Super League Side Henan Jianye Football Club in 2012 for a deal worth a little over USD 1 million.
