Colorado Rapids midfielder Djordje Mihailovic has made a significant impact in his first season with the club and is riding a recent wave of tremendous play that has helped the Rapids (31 points, 9-7-4) rocket up to fourth place in the Western Conference table. The Group Phase will begin on June 29 and conclude on July 2. All four teams in each group advance to the Round of 16, which will take place on July 3. For the 12 Hours of Misano in early July, Buggyra ZM Racing will hand over the reins of the race management for the first time to its three junior engineers. Part of the Buggyra Academy program, the three youngsters – Czech brothers Jakub (22) and Matej (26) Hadascok together with Dubai-born Yasmeen Koloc (19) – will handle all aspects of the race including preparing the strategy and strategy management during the race.

Climate charity Ashden has called for funders, investors and policymakers to step up support for proven climate solutions. Speaking at the 2024 Ashden Awards ceremony, CEO Ashok Sinha said the winning organisations and their peers risked being “left in the wilderness” without more backing to scale up their work.
