The Ghana Football Association has appointed Isaac Addo as the General Secretary of the Association.
This was confirmed at the last meeting of the GFA Executive Committee at the GFA Secretariat in Accra.

Hearts of Oak have won the Ghana@60 Anniversary Cup after they drew 0-0 at Asante Kotoko on Sunday in the return leg.
The Phobians had beaten Kotoko 3-1 on aggregate after the exciting first leg win at the Accra Sports Stadium on 1 May with goals from local stars Kwame Kizito, Thomas Abbey and Patrick Razak. 
Cesar Juarez, the Mexican opponent of Ghana's Isaac 'Royal Storm' Dogboe has arrived in Ghana safely for the big fight scheduled for the the Bukom Boxing Arena on January 6, 2018.
He moved from the airport in Mexico City on Thursday to set off to Accra to land at the Kotoka International Airport aboard KLM flight at 19:50 GMT.

The ICC U19 Cricket World Cup provides the experience of playing in a top-level international competition to participants and its importance is felt most by cricketers from the associate sides. NEW YORK (Thursday, December 21, 2017) – Three players were selected during Stage 2 of the 2017 MLS Re-Entry Draft on Thursday, with the LA Galaxy choosing midfielder Servando Carrasco with the top pick. The New York Red Bulls followed with the selection of winger Gonzalo Verón, and the Los Angeles Football Club picked midfielder Calum Mallace to cap off the draft. 
All previous winners of the African Player of the Year since its inception by CAF in 1992 are expected to grace the Aiteo CAF Awards Gala 2017, scheduled for Thursday, 4 January 2018, at the International Conference Centre in Accra, Ghana.

The Bureau of the FIFA Council has today, 20 December 2017, decided to appoint a normalisation committee for the Malian Football Association (FEMAFOOT) in accordance with article 8 paragraph 2 of the FIFA Statutes. The committee will be in charge of running the daily affairs of FEMAFOOT, reviewing the association’s statutes, identifying the legitimate delegates of the FEMAFOOT general assembly, and organising and conducting elections for a new FEMAFOOT executive committee, which should take place no later than 30 April 2018. |
