Polish Premier League side Wisla Krakow has turned down an opportunity to sign Sierra Leone international midfielder, Mustapha Bangura after the players completed a-week on trials with the club during their training camp in Turkey.
The 25-year-old midfielder and striker was looking forward to securing a permanent deal with the Polish club but his hopes were been dash following the club’s decision not to offer him any deal.
The Polish Premier League announced the decision on their club’s website that their coaching staff and medical team has backed down on a move to sign the Sierra Leonean international due his physical output.
Wisla Krakow Coach Franciszek Smuda said he was impressed with the players technical ability but cannot offer him a contract due to his physical condition.
Haji Bangura appeared in three games for the Polish side during their training camp in Turkey. He played against Guangzhou R & F, FC Krasnodar and Universitatei Kubaniowi Craiova.
