After watching his side go down 2-1 to Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday morning in Chloorkop in a practice match, da Gama said he was satisfied by the week-long training camp.
The coach would be naming his final 21-man squad this coming week.
“The practice match against Sundowns just proved the talent we have at our disposal, midfielder Phakamani Mahlambi and goalkeeper King Ndlovu also played this morning and they impressed me very much that they have just confused us even more in terms of who gets dropped and who is selected for Senegal,” said Da Gama.
The squad checked out of national camp and will return to camp on 22 November 2015 to polish up their final preparations before heading to Senegal as they aim to get one of the top three spots at the u23 African Nations Cup, to qualify for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
