South Africa and Mozambique participated in sub zonal Pool 10 in Maputo, Mozambique
Cairo, Egypt, January 20, 2015 - The African Volleyball Confederation (CAVB) has announced the full schedule for the sub-zonal phase of the CAVB Continental Cup, which is a qualification competition for the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games.
The first phase of the Continental Cup features 12 groups with one pool for zones 1 and 7 and 2 pools for each of zones 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. The top two teams from each of the sub zonal pools will proceed to the second phase (Zonal or Regional phase).
The sub zonal phase started in December 2014 with Pools 10 and 11 in Mozambique and Namibia respectively.
