NEW YORK (Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015) – The official English language national broadcaster of MLS in Canada, TSN, today announced its national broadcast schedule for the 20th MLS regular season. TSN will air 64 regular season matches throughout the landmark 20th season, with every game featuring at least one MLS Canadian team. RDS, who enters into their fourth year as a partner with MLS, will nationally broadcast 33 games in French, featuring all three Canadian teams - Montreal Impact, Toronto FC and Vancouver Whitecaps FC.

Fans up north will have little to wait to witness a classic Canadian rivalry as TSN will kick off their 2015 season coverage on Saturday, March 7 with Vancouver Whitecaps FC vs. Toronto FC, starring newly inked Italian player Sebastian Giovinco and U.S. international duo, Jozy Altidore and Michael Bradley (6:00 p.m. ET). Also on Saturday, March 7, RDS will broadcast the Montreal Impact’s first game of the year as Frank Klopas’ men travel to take on the 2014 Eastern Conference winners, D.C. United (3:00 p.m. ET).
In addition to its season opener in Vancouver, TSN will broadcast four more all-Canadian affairs, including Montreal Impact vs. Vancouver Whitecaps FC on June 3, Toronto FC vs. Montreal Impact on June 24 and Aug. 29, and the “Decision Day” contest between Montreal Impact and Toronto FC at Stade Saputo on October 25. Also on the newly implemented “Decision Day,” TSN will air Vancouver’s final regular season home match against the Houston Dynamo. Furthermore, TSN will cover seven highly anticipated encounters with 2015 expansion teams New York City FC and Orlando City SC, led by international stars David Villa and Kaka respectively. As Vancouver looks to win its third-straight Cascadia Cup, TSN will air all six of the team’s Pacific Northwest clashes in 2015.
TSN and RDS will have exclusive coverage of MLS Cup Playoff games, MLS Cup 2015, and the 2015 AT&T MLS All-Star Game on July 29 at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, home of the Colorado Rapids.
