NEW YORK, NY (March 25, 2015) – The MLS Disciplinary Committee has suspended Philadelphia Union midfielder Zach Pfeffer one additional game (2 games total) and fined the player an undisclosed amount for violent conduct which endangered the safety of an opponent in the 41st minute of the March 21 game against FC Dallas (VIDEO). Pfeffer has also received an additional fine for failing to leave the field in a timely and orderly manner following the red card on the play.
Vancouver Whitecaps FC forward Kekuta Manneh has also been suspended for one game and fined an undisclosed amount for serious foul play that endangered the safety of an opponent in the 65th minute of the game against Orlando City SC on March 21 (VIDEO).
