The 20-year-old midfielder has played with Tunisian outfit CS Sfaxien since the 2012-2013 season, and will represent Gabon in the upcoming CAF Africa Cup of Nations. Lorient coach Sylvain Ripoli said they had been keen to sign the promising player before he left for Equatorial Guinea.
"He's an allrounder who can play midfield forward of defensive. We felt that it was important to sign him before the CAN," Ripoll said. "(Ndong) could burst through to the highest level during this competition."
The former CMS Libreville player will arrive at the Brittany club after the Africa Cup of Nations.
