AFC Leopards have received a financial boost after Mumias Sugar opted to continue their sponsorship until the end of the season.
The positive news comes at a much needed time, with the Kenyan Premier League club struggling financially, which has resulted in internal turmoil amongst the players and staff.
The company had previously cancelled its sponsorship with Ingwe, but have since been convinced to continue with the sponsorship until end of the 2015 campaign.
"Mumias Sugar managing director Coutts Otolo has reconsidered the decision and therefore Mumias Sugar will continue with their sponsorship until end of the season since the contract was terminated without any prejudice," a source told website Soka25east.
