Elwani asked each participant to share the experience they have gained when they return home.
"I want to thank all coaches' commission members for their hard work to establish a good system for development at all levels, and develop this grassroots special programme alongside our main project, ‘The African Dream,’” Elwani said.
"We will work hard also in Data Volley to use this technology to improve the performance of our coaches,” he said.
The CAVB president also vowed to continue to have seminars to qualify more instructors, saying that coaches are the main tools to achieve the confederation’s developmental goals.
“We will also work hard to qualify some of you as FIVB instructors according to the criteria we made during this seminar,” Elwani said.
The third day of the seminar included a practical seminar in the Olympic Center, followed by the last theoretical session conducted by FIVB Instructor Jivko Jetchev and CAVB Coaching Commission President Sherif El Shemerly.
