The Argentine tactician, who replaced Andoni Goikoetxea at the Nzalang Nacional helm at the turn of the year, has selected seven home-based players, with the rest of the squad comprised of players plying their trade in Europe.
Becker led the Equatorial Guinea women's team to the CAF Women's Championship title in 2012 and was also the country's Technical Director of Football for the past two years.
The host nation are in Group A, along with Burkina Faso, Gabon and Congo
They kick off their campaign against Congo at Estadio de Bata in Bata on 17 January.
