VCP Young Players Course participants in Lomé
Lomé, Togo, September 1, 2015 - A VCP Young Players Course was held in Lomé, Togo from August 17-28 under the supervision of George Gladwyn Appadoo.
The course was joined by a total of 45 participants, including 28 boys and 17 girls. As some of the participants were beginners, two groups were formed for the sessions on court. National coaches Boris Degnikou and Atsou Anato helped to run these sessions.

Sports doctor Lidi Bessi gave the course participants a presentation on injury prevention and provided them with information about anti-doping. Atsou Anato also spoke about the rules of the game.
The young players, who are also active in the FIVB's African Dream project, are from different parts of the country and will help to popularise volleyball in their respective regions.
