Despite confirming the forward’s possible return on matchdax.se, the Swedish agent refused to identify a particular club that the former AIK Solna striker will join.
“Teteh (Bangura) is on this way to Sweden and a club in the Allsvenskan, right now he is waiting to secure his visa,” Mork said to Matchdax.
The 25-year-old striker has been out of footballing action for over two months due to a knee injury but his agent confirmed the player is now fully fit and ready to return to the game.
He said: “I know he had a tough time with injury but that’s the past now as he is full fit and ready for action.”
Teteh Bangura struck through headline in Sweden during the 2011/12 league season in which he scored 15 goals in 16 matches AIK. He was then sold to Turkish side Bursaspor for € 3.3M - he became the club’s most expensive recruitment by then.
His first season with Bursaspor was scoring six goals from 24 matches on his debut season but injury hampered his career with the Turkish club and was alter sent out on loan to Sanlıurfaspor (Turkey), Beitar Jerusalem ( Israel).
