The TS Physical Preparation course participants in Sudan
Khartoum, Sudan, September 4, 2015 - The Development Centre in Sudan is holding a Technical Seminar in Physical Preparation from September 1-5, under the supervision of FIVB Instructor Shihab Al Din Ahmed Said Al-Riyami from Oman.
The Physical Preparation Technical Seminar follows on from several courses for coaches held at the Development Centre in recent years and aims to help Sudan develop a core of knowledgeable coaches.

Volleyball is a popular sport in Sudan, where it is played in schools, clubs and universities at a variety of levels. The course participants were keen to develop their knowledge of physical training techniques - many of the coaches attending the seminar had also attended FIVB Coaches Courses in the past.
