Herewith results of the draw of the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations Senegal 2015 held on Monday, 14 September 2015 at the CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.

The draw was conducted by CAF Secretary General Hicham El Amrani and assisted by CAF Executive Committee member Amadou Diakite.
The final tournament will take place from 28 November to 12 December 2015 in the Senegalese cities of Dakar and M’Bour.
The top three teams will qualify to represent at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janiero, Brazil.
