MIES (EuroBasket Women 2015) - FIBA on Wednesday announced that EuroBasket Women 2015 will be broadcast in 148 countries and territories across the globe.
EuroBasket Women 2015 takes place from 11-28 June in the Hungarian cities of Szombathely, Sopron, Debrecen, Gyor and Budapest and the Romanian cities of Oradea and Timisoara.
Spain are the defending champions after having beaten hosts France in the Final of the 2013 event.

The 20-team event serves as a qualifier for the 2016 Rio Games, with the winning team automatically taking its place in the Women's Olympic Basketball Tournament.
The teams that finish second, third, fourth and fifth will earn spots in the 2016 FIBA Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournament (WOQT).
