FIVB President Dr Ary S. Graca F° officially opens the CAVB Congress
Algiers, Algeria, December 3, 2015 - The Africa Volleyball Confederation (CAVB) elective Congress opened on Thursday at Hilton Hotel in Algiers, Algeria in the presence of guests of honour led by FIVB President Dr Ary S. Graca F° and Algerian Minister of Sport El Hadi Ould Ali.
CAVB President Dr Amr Elwani opened the ceremony with a welcome speech to the FIVB President, the Algerian Minister and all the delegates.

"We appreciate the great work done by Algeria Volleyball Federation and the Algerian Authorities to host the 2015 CAVB Congress here in Algeria," Dr. Elwani said.
"I want to thank also the FIVB President Dr. Ary S. Graca F° for his attendance and continued support to the African national federations."
President Graca congratulated Africa for the exceptional attendance of the national federations to the Congress. He also appreciated the work done by the Algerian Volleyball Federation to host the Congress.
