The Junior Rugby Cranes dominated from start to finish, using the power of their forward pack and relentless attacking play to produce a remarkable 13-try performance in front of an enthusiastic home crowd. Joshua Magali, Dodovico Olowo, Gideon Kisangala, Sylvester Mungu-Acel, Faizo Baluku, Elijah Kantinti, Ambrose Sesbalijaa, Abraham Mujuni, Victor Agaba, Titus Allan and Johnny Okello all crossed the try-line, with Olowo and Kisangala each scoring twice as Uganda opened their campaign in emphatic fashion.
