The result moved the American team above Puerto Rico in Group A, and they will finish the season fifth in the table.
Puerto Rico have been an excellent addition to WSB this season, and they will be delighted that a member of their team earned a quota for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games in the last fight of the evening.
Cintrón was excellent from the outset against Venegas, and showcased the sublime reflexes and immaculate timing which has been his trademark across Season V.
The Hurricane moved up to second in the Flyweight (52 kg) rankings as a result of his decisive points win, and earned a Rio 2016 quota as a result.
This was the only Puerto Rican success of the night however, as the Knockouts won all four of the remaining matches beginning at Super heavyweight (91+ kg) where Cam F. Awesome widely outpointed Jose Gabriel Medina.
Awesome offered a wide range of shots in the contest, and had excellent stamina for a Super heavyweight.
USA took the lead at Lightweight (60 kg) when 4-1 Carlos Balderas stopped Adrian Javier Martinez Morales in round two of their contest.
Balderas won his fourth successive match in Miami with flashy combinations, which eventually caused the referee to stop the bout late into the second round.
Another TKO success for the Knockouts sealed the overall victory as Welterweight (69 kg) Brian Ceballo finished debutant Hector Emanuel Ortiz Pastrana in round four.
A huge left hand from Ceballo dropped the Puerto Rican in round one, before another barrage saw Pastrana stopped on his feet in the fourth round.
The 4-1 American victory was confirmed when 3-2 Light heavyweight (81 kg) Steve Nelson dropped just one round on a single scorecard against 0-6 Joseph Laboy.
