
‘Poborsky’ Bangura had a 84 minutes striker which sealed Sunday’s win for AIK as they secured a 3-1 home win over Gefle in the Allsvenskan league.
The goal was the former Celtic striker first in three matches and the forward was very glad to hear AIK supporters singing his name again after scoring.
The former FC Kallon forward who chose to celebrate his goal with Coach Nebojsa Novakovic and the whole bench said:"They congratulated me and said that it was a nice goal and said that I'm back".
Whilst ‘Poborsky’ Bangura’s goal sealed the win for AIK, Mohamed Bilili Bangura’s goal was the consolation for his side Härnösands FF who were defeated 2-1 away to Hudiksvalls FF.
In Sweden also, midfielder Ibrahim Kallay played full time for IFK Lulea in their 1-1 draw against Forward in the first division league.
In Azerbijan, the all Sierra Leonean battle between Alfred Sankoh of Khazar Lankaran and Gibrillia Woobay of Neftçi ended in a 2-2 stalemate. Sankoh was dismissed in 33 minutes after two yellow cards whilst Woobay scored the equaliser for Neftçi in the 70th minute.
In England’s League One, full back Mustapha Dumbuya saw full time action for Notts County in their 1-1 draw with Yeovil Town whilst in League Two striker Sullay Kaikai came off the bench in the 55 minutes as his Cambridge United were held to a 2-2 draw with Accrington Stanley.
