Sharks director of rugby Gary Gold is to appear before a SANZAAR judicial hearing for alleged misconduct.
SANZAAR confirmed that they completed an investigation into the alleged conduct of Gold during the Sharks’ Round Five Super Rugby clash with the Crusaders in Durban on March 26.
SANZAAR has referred the matter for a hearing in accordance with SANZAAR’s Disciplinary Rules.
The matter will be heard by SANZAAR Judicial Officer Nigel Hampton via teleconference on Tuesday, April 5.
“SANZAAR will be making no further comment until this process has been completed,” the organisation said via a press statement on Tuesday.
