Platinum Stars have wasted little time in announcing the return of coach Calvin Johnson following the departure of Allan Freese.
Johnson returns to the Dikwena helm just under two years after departing the club for SuperSport United.
The 56-year-old will be in the dugout for the Premiership clash with Ajax Cape Town on April 4 as he looks to make a winning start in his first game back at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium.
Stars are currently fourth from bottom in the Premiership standings and just two points clear of Free State Stars and Moroka Swallows with eight games left in the campaign.
In his first spell at the club, Johnson steered the North-West outfit to their highest ever finish in the 2012/13 Premiership season.
