Kamboi Eagles of Sierra Leone defeated their Algerian opponent, ASO Chlef 1-0 in their return leg tie of the CAF Confederations Cup in Algeria.
However, the Sierra Leone FA cup winners 1-0 win was not enough for them to make progress to the next round of the tournament after losing the first leg 2-0 and were thereby eliminated 2-1 on aggregate.
The Sierra Leonean representatives could have hosted the Algerians in Freetown but were unable to do so due to the Ebola outbreak which saw the African Football governing body CAF levy suspension on all international matches in the country.

Despite losing the opportunity to play at home, the Eagles were able to bow out from the tournament with their heads up thanks to their skipper, Badara Kellah 23rd minutes strike.
