Soccer star Benni McCarthy was robbed at gun point earlier today, Eye Witness News (EWN) reported.
Benni was robbed at a hair salon in Melrose Arch by Corlett Drive, EWN says.
According to the reports Benni and the other patrons in the salon were unharmed in the robbery.

Speaking to EWN Benni’s manager Percy Adams says he is fine.
“The one guy closed the door and told everyone to sit down and be calm, the other said ‘please give us your watch, earrings and that nice wedding ring’,” Adams told EWN.
Benni had just landed in Johannesburg and headed to Supersport where he is an soccer analyst.
