Footwear and clothing brand Nike opened its first Nike Woman store in Africa in Sandton on 31 May.
“Nike Sandton is designed to serve the women who run, train and live the look of sport and fitness with innovative products and unique services,” said Nike communications manager Seruscka Naidoo.
“We are excited to continue our expression of women’s brand experiences in Africa and deepen our community engagement.”
The store offers Nike+Run analysis, footwear fitting and trial, bra fitting, a personal shopper and a unique fitting room experience and a digital fitness hub.
“The store’s design incorporates local patterns unique to the Johannesburg cityscape that reflect iconic landmarks."
