The FIFA Disciplinary Committee has decided to ban the Paraguayan players’ agent Miguel A. González Zelada from taking part in any kind of football-related activity at national and international level for a period of eight months.
Mr Miguel A. González Zelada failed to comply with a previous decision passed by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee on 26 June 2013, by means of which he had been sanctioned, due to conflict of interest, with a three-month ban on taking part in any kind of football-related activity, amongst other sanctions. In particular, Mr Miguel A. González Zelada carried out several football-related activities during the ban.
Consequently, he was found guilty by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee of violating art. 64 of the FIFA Disciplinary Code. Mr Miguel A. González Zelada has also been ordered to pay a fine of CHF 20,000 and was also issued a warning and a reprimand.
