
The Sierra Leone male and female beach volleyball teams on Tuesday April 14th departed Freetown to compete in the 2015 All Africa Games qualifiers in Dakar, Senegal.
A total of a six man delegation; which includes four players-two male and two female –and two officials departed the country via Conakry, Guinea to Dakar where the tournament will be hosted.
The Sierra Leone team that will be at the competition as the highest ranked team in the zone will be going up against the tournament host Senegal, and potential dark horses Gambia and Guinea.
The Sierra Leone delegation includes: Sorie Kamara-beach volleyball Director, Mohamed Benson Bawoh-referee, Patrick Lombi and Abu Bakarr Kamara-male players, Zainab Kamara and Josephine Sesay-female players.
