Houston, Texas, July 15th 2014: After 4 years of operation serving sports lovers particularly in Africa and around the world, African Sports Media Network which was founded by Mr. Leslie Koroma of Texas USA in 2010 will be dissolved and the separate subsidiary companies under its banner; namely African Sports TV, a daily sports news site and African Sports Monthly Magazine, Africa’s first ever comprehensive digital sports Magazine, the African Sports Radio and the African Sports Museum project will be absorbed by Songhai Technologies Inc under its branch Songhai Sports .
All communications done with African Sports Media Network shall remain valid and a transition to communications with Songhai Technologies Inc and its branch; Songhai Sports will gradually take hold over the next few months.
Songhai Sports will with immediate effect start operations with the above mentioned subsidiary companies that used to be under African Sports Media Network and all necessary communications and cosmetic changes shall begin in earnest to effect the transition from African Sports Media Network to Songhai Sports.
