…Record Breaking entries received in nearly 123 participants for 329 matches

It’s all coming down nearly a year in celebration, at this year’s 2022 All Ghana Open Badminton Championships in its unique way.
In nearly 123 participants of all ages, the 2022 All Ghana Open Badminton Championships for Sub-Juniors, Juniors, Seniors, and Masters (Veterans) from 09 to 10 July 2022 in Accra. The Sports Hall is an exciting four court Badminton Air-conditioned Hall, standard sport flooring, lighting that meet international standards, notable for hosting our prestige 2019 JE Wilson International Tournament, where we took pride in hosting 27 global countries here in Ghana.
The 2022 All Ghana Open Badminton Championships, presents an honour to have beginners, intermediate, professional, and refreshed sports competitors of your noble club to take part in this prestigious 2022 All Ghana Open Badminton Championships, aiming to foster the sport of badminton, revealing talents, and attracting more and more stars of our discipline.
This is an individual and club championship event with men’s and women’s singles and doubles and mixed doubles events in the following age categories: U13, U15, U17, U19, U30, 30-39,40-49, 50-59,60-69, 70-79 and 80-89.
This national 2022 All Ghana Open Badminton Championships is also the beginning of the Ghana Badminton Premier League, with points gained counting towards its next seasonal event across eight selected cities in Ghana, where potential podium participants will receive an invitation to the national squad and other rewarding educational scholarship opportunities, increasing the sporting level. In 10 days, the national federation is convinced that athletes from the various Badminton Clubs and shared interest groups in Ghana will be performing on a top level and make an unforgettable show which will contribute to the growing popularization of the sport in our country.
With entries closing tomorrow, June 30, 2022, it’s time to rekindle business networking, fun and exercise in a conditioned modern 4 court hall environment- retaining its own special place. As the players are willing to entertain their visitors, including friends of the entrants who had come for the pleasure of looking on, nothing is wanting to make the gathering thoroughly enjoyable.
All the organization of this event is possible each year thanks to the volunteers who are giving their time, but also thanks to the partners and sponsors who accompany us and renew their confidence each year and of course without forgetting the 123 players from all over the country who are the real stars of this event. They could express themselves in the courts and show their best badminton.
