Powerman Champions Series Longdistance:
The official distance for the Powerman Champions Series Lingdistance will be 10km running / 120km cycling / 20km running (for all runners).
The bike lap comprises 40 km touching some villages around St. Wendel and going back to town. The bikers will have to absolve this lap three times on the long distance competition climbing several steep uphill with a length up to 2 km. The steady switch from uphill and downhill will bring a remarkable selection into the field of opponents. The same is likely to happen on the running laps leading out of town to a wooded mountain area and back. For the first running section of long distance a 5 km loop has to be done two times. Then three 40 km bike loops and finally two 10 km running loops.
