The decision for the two parties, the club and the technical team to part company was agreed following the ongoing restructuring at the club.

The club’s Public Relations Officer, Kemoh Sesay who confirmed Konneh and technical team’s dismissal said the head coach of the reserve squad will take over the team as care-taker coach until a new coach is announced on Saturday February 13.
“It was a difficult decision for us as a club considering the time he has spent with us, but we have no option at present as the club is presently undertaking a massive restructuring in all aspect so we have to relieve him of his duties with mutual consent,” Sesay said.
During his four year term with the club, the former Old Edwardians tactician guided the club to a 2012 Central One Football Association (COFA) non-division league title thanks to a 1-0 win over Planting Promise FC. The club also reached the round of 16 in the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) FA Cup in 2013/14.
