The 2013 league champions are yet to win a league game this season after three times of asking and the club's executives believed it was time for a change.
They cited a lack of synergy on the technical bench as a major factor for the team's poor performance on the pitch.
"Yes, we have laid them off. The two assistants and the team manager," Nkana club secretary Ken Mwansa said in response to questions about former Sundowns midfielder Kampamba and first assistant coach Saileti losing their jobs.
It is an interesting decision to say the least considering Kampamba and Saileti were both part of the setup that won the league with the Kitwe club in 2013, while Chambeshi only joined last year.
Nkana are currently just outside the relegation zone in 12th with one point from three games.
Fans of the club will be hoping the shake-up has an instant impact as the club is due to take on fellow stragglers National Assembly on Saturday.
