20 August 2014 - Western Cape have secured their place in the semi-finals of SAFA Regional Women's League Under-19 Championship under way in Thohoyandou stadium, Limpopo, Vhembe.
After a convincing 12-0 win against Northern Cape during their first match played on Tuesday, WC secured their place in the semi-final by beating Gauteng by 3-2 in their second match.
Earlier on Limpopo which is a host province lost 1-0 to Kwa-Zulu Natal while North West beat Free State 2-1.
The games continues tomorrow where Eastern Cape will play North West in the first match of the day; Mpumalanga vs Kwa-Zulu Natal in the second match and Northern Cape playing Gauteng in the last match of the day, which is also last before the semi-finals start on Friday.
