Henry signed a lucrative punditry deal with Sky Sports after retiring from the game shortly before Christmas last year, but he has never hidden his intent to one day return to Arsenal.
Reports are now emerging that this is happening sooner rather than later, with The Metro claiming the club has offered the former French striker a job coaching its youth.
"He is an Arsenal man. The best moment certainly of his life and of his career has been experienced here," Wenger said in December last year.
"Certainly one day he will come back here. In what role, I don't know. That is what he has to think about: What direction he wants to give to his next life."
The role he chose is to mould the future stars of the club, working with talents up the age of 16.
Interestingly, this means he will probably coach David Beckham's son, Brooklyn, who is part of youth set up at Arsenal.
