The New York Knicks personnel were in London speaking ahead of their regular season game at the O2 tomorrow against the Milwaukee Bucks. The Knicks have the worst losing streak and re ord in the NBA at the moment.  They will be hoping to turn things around, though the Playoffs is a distant dream.  the Knick head coach Derek Fisher was asked about this losing streak and he said:

"Losing is difficult for everyone including me. As you mature you learn that losing is not final. You go through it, you get frustrated but hopefully you can use it as motivation to get better and that is what we have to do."  He was then asked about the impact it had on the team, to which he answered: "  I don't think it is black and white in terms of the impact. Team chemistry is our grey area.  There is no finite answer to whether the team chemistry has been impacted. Ultimately you try and do what you think is best for your team. Sometimes you make decisions and they are right or wrong. You have a vision you stick with it a keep making steps to take you close to that vision."

When asked about the pressure from the fans he said: "it is not anymore than I put on myself everyday. I want to win, I love to win and I expect to win. I don't think anyone can say that to me as if it is not something I say to myself everyday. I am just going to continue to work hard until that happens."

He was also asked if he thought the fans would get impatient with him at some stage. He said "We can't measure everybody else's patience. We can only measure our own. People change but the vision does not change.

Derek a Fisher won NBA titles under Phil Jackson at the Los Angeles Lakers. When asked what it is like to work under him now he said: "it is great, humbling and fun."

Camelo Anthony described his meeting with Prince Harry as "an honour. We are teaming up to represent the Royal Foundation.  He said "I am always a big fan of London.  On his injury he said "the injury is alright. I am still looking forward to be out there tomorrow."  On the impact of the trade of JR Smith he said: " I don't think it has an impact. From a personal standpoint I have seen guys go.  It was more from a personal standpoint for me.  This is basketball, this is business. We have all got to understand that. I spent 19 years with JR.  On The Knicks losing streak he said : " I am still standing strong. I keep a smile on my face. I know these are hard moments to enjoy. At the end of the day, one day I  an look back at this and say this was all part of the plan."
