
The veteran setter, who has played over 200 international matches, represented Algerian volleyball in the 2014 edition of the FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship in Switzerland with her team, African Champions GS Petroliers. She also led the Algerian national team in the 2014 FIVB Women's World Championship qualifiers, where they missed the qualification ticket against Cameroon.
Oukazi represented her country at the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games and also played in the 2011 FIVB Women's World Cup. She led her team to the gold medal at the All Africa Games in 2007 and 2011 as well as at the Women's African Nations Championship in 2009.
