The 2016/17 edition of the tournament will start on 26th August 2016 with the eight finishers all competing to win R8m.
MTN is also commissioning new school artists to remake popular old school tracks that will be available for download as MTN CallerTunez and will also serve as the entry mechanic into the MTN8 campaign.
