Chipolopolo are currently sitting third in Group E with six points, following a 1-1 draw with Congo-Brazzaville on Sunday and are just a point behind Guinea-Bissau, who top the group.
"The key game to win is the one against Guinea-Bissau, which is our next match. If we beat Guinea-Bissau then we will have a very good chance of qualifying because at the moment they are one point ahead of us. So far, I think the team has done very well because we have not lost in the two matches we have played against Congo," he told the official FAZ website.
"We now have to go back to the drawing board and start preparing for Guinea Bissau. The coach will give us a programme to adequately prepare for the Guinea Bissau game. For now, that will be our focus."
