Nairobi City Stars head coach Paul Nkata thinks that confidence or the lack thereof continues to be an impediment for his squad.
The City Stars have lost the only match they have played in the Kenya Premier League thus far and the result was by no means humiliating. However, Nkata does think that his players have a considerable amount more to offer, especially in pressure situations.
"My players approach the opponent with great reserve and I get the feeling that their confidence levels are low," Nkata told futaa.com on Wednesday.
The next assignment for the City Stars will be an away fixture against the Western Stima on Wednesday, which will provide the ideal opportunity for his players to prove just how much they are capable of.
