NEW YORK (Friday. Dec. 12, 2014) – A total of three MLS players were selected today in the Stage One draft of the 2014 Re-Entry Process. Montreal Impact picked up Sporting Kansas City goalkeeper Eric Kronberg with the first pick of the draft, while San Jose Earthquakes followed suit choosing another Sporting Kansas City ‘keeper, Andy Gruenebaum. Toronto FC closed out the first phase of the Re-Entry Process with its selection of Real Salt Lake forward Robbie Findley. A complete list of players chosen in today’s draft is below.
Players not selected today are eligible for the Stage Two draft, which will take place on Thursday, December 18 at 3:00 p.m. ET. The draft will take place via teleconference with all 20 clubs represented. MLS will release the results following the call. The second phase will also be conducted in the same order as the traditional Waiver Draft.

The Re-Entry process consists of players at least 23 years of age with a minimum of three years of MLS experience whose options were not exercised. In addition, players out of contract who have not received a Bona Fide Offer and who are at least 25 years of age with a minimum of four years of MLS experience, and/or players at least 30-years-old with a minimum of eight years of MLS experience are included.
