Blantyre,Malawi,06 June: Ablazing row is raging between,former Malawi international defender, Peter Mponda and Surestream Limited over club ownership.
Mponda recently resigned as the technical director,at Surestream Academy but reportedly refused to handover registration documents of Surestream Footbal Club to his employees.
Surestream Spokesperson,Lynda Chiume Gombeya claimed Mponda registered the club in his name instead of that of the sponsor.
"When he stepeddown we asked him to handover the registration certificate,he refused saying the club was registered in his name,"Gombeya explained.
She said Mponda was only entrusted to register the club as part of his office responsibilities when he was employee of the academy.
