NEW YORK (Monday, Dec. 1, 2014) – Major League Soccer will host a press conference on Wednesday, Dec. 3 at 2:00 p.m. PT to recognize the 2014 Volkswagen MLS Most Valuable Player award winner. For the first time since 2009, the three finalists – Robbie Keane (Los Angeles Galaxy), Obafemi Martins (Seattle Sounders FC) and Lee Nguyen (New England Revolution) – took part in the MLS Conference Championships, which concluded this weekend. Robbie Keane’s LA Galaxy will now host Lee Nguyen and the New England Revolution in the MLS Cup 2014 final at the StubHub Center on Sunday, Dec. 7 (3:00 p.m. ET on ESPN, UniMas, UDN, TSN and RDS).
