LOS ANGELES (May 11, 2015) – Major League Soccer and LA Galaxy announced today the names of five talented young field players and one El Portero Allstate finalist who will represent the club at the National Final of Sueño MLS 2015 – Presented by Allstate Insurance Company. They will be joined by the six finalists selected last week at the Orlando City SC trials, and six more players to be selected this weekend at the Chicago Fire trials. Nearly 1,000 hopefuls registered to participate in the LA Galaxy trials, which took place this past weekend in Bell Gardens, Calif.
The nationally-televised player search is showcased on Univision Deportes’ República Deportiva, the popular weekly sports entertainment program that chronicles the tryouts in a “reality show within a show” format.
