Mike Mutebi’s side thus won their first ever domestic double after winning the league few weeks ago.
Sserunkuma, top scorer in the league broke the deadlock after 10 minutes.
The lower division side, fought back strongly and should have leveled matters, but KCCA goalkeeper Benjamin Ochan was up to the task.
Later in the second half, Nsibambi controlled a long Denis Okot cross and scored after 12 minutes. The Paidha Black Angels team with the likes of Fred Omeko, Emma Rubanyakene and Brian Okumu tried to fight back but failed to score.
“We have worked hard in the season and now we remain focusing on the CAF Total Confederation Cup,” added the skipper Okot.
The win serves a huge boost for KCCA ahead of their trip to Nigeria to face Rivers United in a CAF Confederations Cup Group A Day Four clash on Tuesday in Port Harcourt.
