The eagerly anticipated announcement of the nominees for the FIFA Ballon d’Or 2014 will be presented on FIFA.com, www.francefootball.fr and YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/fifatv) at 17.00 CET by Kate Abdo of Sky Sports News. She will be joined by Christian Karembeu (World Cup winner with France in 1998) and Hope Powell (former England international player and former coach of the England national women’s football team) to discuss and analyse the nominees for the FIFA Ballon d’Or 2014 and all of the other awards.
The nominees for the following categories will be announced:
- FIFA Ballon d’Or
- FIFA Women’s World Player of the Year
- FIFA World Coach of the Year for Women’s Football
- FIFA World Coach of the Year for Men’s Football
- FIFA FIFPro World XI and the FIFA Puskás Award
