The striker was part of Coach Johnny McKinstry’s 25 man Squad invited for the Saturday’s clash but will miss out after his Swedish club, Orebro sanctioned the striker against traveling to Freetown.
According to the Swedish club, they will not release the 21-year-old striker because he is just returning from injury and also Saturday’s match is not under the FIFA calendar date.
“The fact that they will play a game this weekend, and it’s not a FIFA sanctioned date, made us decide not to allow him to leave. Moreover, he is just now returning from a major injury,” Said Orebro manager Magnus Mark.
Crespo who made his debut at 18 back in June 2012 has secured eight internationals caps scoring three goals while on national duty.
