
Cairo, Egypt, February 8, 2015 – The CAVB Coaches Commission held its meeting in Cairo, Egypt on Sunday with ideas discussed to help increase coaches activities on the continent.
CAVB President Dr Amr Elwani praised the efforts of coaches in Africa as the level of the sport continues to improve. He also asked the commission to continue suggesting proposals to help the promotion of both volleyball and beach volleyball.
The Commission also discussed the Coaches Aid Program and coaches scholarship which was proposed in the last year's meeting.
The meeting was attended by CAVB President Dr Amr Elwani, Coaches Commission President Sherif El Shemerly, Mayam Blaise, Oghuma Tony, Bernard Denise, Moustafa Ahchouche, Adam Kpenoukoundehow and CAVB Executive Director Howyda Mondy.
