Kaur suspended after breaching ICC Code of Conduct

India captain Harmanpreet Kaur has been suspended for her team’s next two international matches following two separate breaches of the ICC Code of Conduct during the third match of their ICC Women’s Championship series against Bangladesh in Dhaka on Saturday.
Kaur was fined 50 per cent of her match fee and three demerit points were added to her disciplinary record for a Level 2 offence after she was found guilty of breaching article 2.8 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, which relates to “showing dissent at an umpire’s decision”.

Ghanaian striker Godberg Barry Cooper gets first league goal for UTA Arad in defeat to CFR Cluj

Italy-born Ghanaian forward Godberg Barry Cooper scored his very first competitive goal for new side UTA Arad when they succumbed to CFR Cluj in the Romanian Liga 1.
Cooper got the consolation for UTA as they lost 3-1 to Cluj in a matchday two fixture at the Arena Francisc Neuman in Arad on Friday evening.
The bulky Ghanaian opened the scoring of the match to give UTA the lead when he finished off a pass from Slovakian midfielder Andrej Fabry in the 27th minute.
Cluj drew level two minutes afterward when Romania U21 international Daniel Birligea found the back of the net.
