For the duration of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™, the Hyundai Motorstudio on New Arbat Avenue in Moscow will host a major exhibition staged by the FIFA World Football Museum. Presented by FIFA Partner Hyundai, The History Makers will open on 9 June, five days before the tournament kicks off, and will run until 20 July, five days after the Final. Entry is free into the exhibition each day from 10:00 to 20:00.

All 23 MLS clubs to celebrate inclusion with local activations
NEW YORK (Friday, May 25, 2018) – Major League Soccer announced today the launch of Soccer For All month. MLS clubs will conduct activations during the month of June to showcase the collective efforts taking place throughout the League to foster more inclusive communities.

The unveiling of the Powerade National Academy intake for 2018 at the state-of-the-art Powerade Centre of Excellence in Pretoria represented the broadest cast list of Cricket South Africa’s (CSA) talent net since the inception of the national academy.
The players announced by CSA have been hard at work at the Powerade Centre of Excellence since Monday, 21 May and will be based in the capital until 27 July. The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) has revealed details of a new event in Korea that will be sponsored by German automotive manufacturer BMW.
The event will debut at the LPGA International Busan course in October 2019 and feature a purse of $2m with $300,000 to be awarded to the winner. The LPGA is yet to confirm the name of the event but BMW Group Korea is set to host the tournament and serve as its main sponsor for three years from 2019. 
PlayStation’s long-running sponsorship of football’s Uefa Champions League has been renewed.
The extension will cover the three seasons from 2018-19 to 2020-21, prolonging a relationship with Sony Interactive Entertainment that began in 1997. The agreement with the Team Marketing agency on behalf of Uefa, football’s European governing body, also grants PlayStation rights for the Super Cup, Youth League and Futsal Champions League.

NEW YORK – Kia NBA Defensive Player of the Year finalists Rudy Gobert of the Utah Jazz and Anthony Davis of the New Orleans Pelicans lead the 2017-18 NBA All-Defensive First Team.
Gobert was voted to the NBA All-Defensive First Team for the second year in a row, as selected by a global panel of 100 sportswriters and broadcasters. The 7-1 center from France earned 192 points, including 94 First Team votes. Davis, a two-time NBA All-Defensive Second Team selection, makes his debut on the First Team. The 6-11 forward/center received the second-most points (163) and First Team votes (73), behind Gobert. 
In a highly tactical clash played in Conakry, Mamelodi Sundowns shared the spoils with Horoya with after a 2-2 draw in a rescheduled Group C Day Two clash at the Stade du 28 Septembre on Wednesday evening.

President Nana Akufo-Addo has reported the Ghana Football Association (GFA) president to the security service for allegedly using his name to induce potential investors for money. 
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kwesi Nyantakyi has arrived in Ghana and he is currently at the Ghana Police Headquarters.
Nyantakyi touched base on Wednesday from Morocco. This comes after President Nana Akufo-Addo ordered the Police to investigate the GFA boss for allegedly using his name to defraud people.

NEW YORK (Wednesday, May 23, 2018) – New York Red Bulls forward Bradley Wright-Phillips was voted the Alcatel Major League Soccer Player of the Week by the North American Soccer Reporters (NASR) for the 12th week of the 2018 MLS season.
New York defeated Atlanta United 3-1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday behind a Wright-Phillips brace. The Englishman is now tied for the Golden Boot lead with eight goals scored in 10 matches played, while his five assists tie for fifth in the league. The Red Bulls sit in fourth place in the Eastern Conference with 21 points (7-3-0 overall record). 
BBC Test Match Special has secured rights to broadcast ball-by-ball coverage of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, to be held in England & Wales next year.
Test Match Special will be broadcast to fans on multiple platforms across the United Kingdom, including on BBC Radio 5 live Sports Extra, Radio 4 Long Wave and the BBC Sport website. The broadcast of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 is part of a long-term deal with Channel 2 Group Corporation, ICC’s Global Audio Rights Partner, who hold exclusive rights to sub-license audio rights to ICC events until 2023.
